FIBER-OPTIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF MICROWAVE SIGNALS FOR ACTIVE PHASED ARRAY ANTENNAS

In the paper, different architectures of fiber-optic distribution systems microwave signals for active phased array antennas are studied. The system with all-optical gain local oscillator is presented. fragment proposed realized and characterized. It experimentally shown that developed provides noise-to-signal ratio – 150 dBc/Hz, output channel power about 1 mW phase fluctuation between channels less than 1°.
